Ko Ho Management Ltd runs Oxford’s China business interests as Ko Ho (China) Consulting

Ltd under the watchful eye of Mr. Benny Lee. As Oxford’s Hong Kong based Managing

Partner, Mr. Lee manages Oxford’s banking relationships, e-wallet, e-commerce, and

merchant services operations, as well as overseeing its other activities. Mr. Lee is actively

seeking other business development opportunities for Oxford and developing bilateral trade

opportunities in China and southeast Asia.

 Ko Ho (China) Consulting Ltd is registered as a Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprise (WOFE)

and is treated as a local entity. Some of the benefits of being a WOFE are:

programs.
